Stepping Outside the Comfort Zone

Residentials and camps play a vital role in student development as they provide wonderful opportunities for personal growth, fostering independence and self-confidence away from home.

These immersive experiences promote deep teamwork and active collaboration through shared group activities, helping to break down social barriers, build communication skills, and strengthen lifelong friendships.

Additionally, they encourage students to step outside their comfort zones, building immense personal resilience and adaptability.
